If the BID sitter decides to knock off the .0005 ask, this one will get some MOMO and take off! Seen it happen plenty of times and been the catalyst for many runs myself.

They key to these little low floaters is to smash the ASK and watch it fly. There doesn't need to be any NEWS or reason.
