Correction. It was brought to my attention by AHP I made a mistake when calculating the float. Math isn't my strong point which is kind of funny now being a financial analysts. The only subject I hated more than math was English and wouldn't Ya know being a writer goes hand in hand with this profession. Go figure...

Anyway,... Approximately 2.8M of the 4.5M are held by the insiders & I can account for approximately 500,000 shares so our float as of today should be around 1.2M. This isn't accounting for any shares held or accumulated pre 2012.

It would be cool to know the exact float down to single digits but am not that dedicated to add & subtract every day of trading for 10+ years. If anyone has a lot of extra time I'll show them how to do this.

Figure we most likely have around 500k on the float as a good, ballpark guess which would account for PERT & UBSS showing up with shares. I couldn't see anyway NITE could possibly route through PERT so I needed to figure that out & this is what I came up with.
