yes I gree with finishing basements off in the product but further more I think developers who construct residential rental units to would be foolish not to use both the mold resis/fire resis product to protect there investments+lower insurance premiums' was talking to a friend who is a huge insurance inspector who was speaking with 2 customers one in the lumber industry the other a commercial developer(were all Canadian)he was saying both those guys were getting back into the usa lumber market/construction industry pretty heavily. i forget exactly what % of there business had picked up but it was pretty big jump. especially the guy who exports lumber to the usa.gl long:)
