YES, unfortunately you are correct, in my opinion, as I believe that if the IVTI deal had closed/completed there should have been an 8K.

I do remember someone, don't specifically remember which poster, made a comment that there were personal or health issues on the side of the IVTI that could have or did cause a delay.
