I have found that that "Penny Land" investments respond to "Technical Signals" rather than "Fundamental Changes" to a stock's performance. This is most apparent in the journey of NBRI since July 2011 EB-5 hype, forgive me, I mean posts. The PPS drift down from then to now has destroyed NBRI's momentum where today it is difficult to reestablish .

Momentum will return Once Mining by NBRI begins and gold is produced. Any more delays hurt ! JMHO
