...these guys said the OTS grabbed the bank because FC wanted it and the OTS was being phased out.......JOB KICK-BACK.......????????........as for the insider trading, the stoners acknowledge that somebody on the inside of the conspiracy probably shorted it before the SEIZURE............

...what's really amazing is when someone with supposed knowledge of what's going on SPEAKS........the stock goes down............and further when somebody says UWBKQ shareholders are getting $50MM cash, net............................or $1.60 p/s...........the SPEAKERS claim they don't buy a bunch of UWBKQ......???????........nobody does........too weird..........they just don't GAD, apparently.......and they already have lots of money..........

...AIMHO......................and not much volume with a SETTLEMENT SIGNED.............????????............rock on........
