DrRocker, as we were promised by SK that PPHM would PR if a MOS was reached in one of the clinical trials and that this promise was quite explicit and on record I think they will.

Just think about this. If they make such promises and if MOS is reached and they would not PR it then they create the false believe of the investors that MOS is not reached yet (because these investors didn't see any announcement).

We know since the PR of Sept 24th how they are concerned about faulty information to circulate by the "do not rely on ...etc" sentence for investors. So I don't think they would create a situation in which they would deceive the investors by not acting upon a made and on record promise.

Of course given the events of 2nd ln some delay for verification of the validity of what they are about to announce will occur. They'll want to be sure that whatever the results are, good or bad, they are at least correct!

That being said, it is about time they come up with something, if needed some intermediary statement that MOS is not reached and that they will not wait any longer or else that they reschedule the anticipated date again.
