Spoke with representative of company today...We are well below the 1billion O/S even with ProGas deal. Apparantly ProGas wanted to buy PBLS and PBLS walked into the deal with more money on the table and PBLS bought ProGas. This speaks highly of PBLS..Also future is Name change , cusip change, possible ideas to eliminate short activities are dividends and guys involved promoting PBLS hold over 200k worth of stock which was bought at .038 by the way.

Don't be surprised to see 10 million in earnings for 2005..This represents with 10X earnings we should see a stock price in the teens very soon. Also 30 times earnings would give us .30 to .40 cents very soon.
