There are some things I simply don't understand about this. IF PBLS was diluting, why would they let the share price stay so low??? Wouldn't they want the price to go up so that they'd make more money on the dilution?
IF the MMs were shorting, with this kind of buying pressure wouldn't the MMs want the price to go up so that they'd make more money on the short sale?
IF PBLS was taking their time buying back, wouldn't they want to ungag the TA so that the people knew it was actually happening?
IF PBLS wanted to maintain shareholder confidence, wouldn't they come through with their promise to go transparent on the ProGas acquisition?
Why is the company gagging itself as well as the TA?
