Not sure what Smith means by " no ties " in your email. The "tie" is Paul Mullins who has been listed as the principal at Mountain View since at least Dec 2012. In one of the first Rangemore PR's back in Nov 2012 - the one about the auction tv show- Mullins is identified as the CEO of RANGEMORE PRODUCTIONS which as you know is the pre-merger entity that became RANGEMORE FILM PRODUCTIONS. He did not appear in any of the later PR's.

Mullins is shown as President of RANGEMORE PRODUCTIONS and McLaughlin as Secretary in this Nevada state corp link for RANGEMORE PRODUCTIONS.

It's not clear - to me anyway- why MVMV would develop a website for a place they were just using. In any event, it seems they are the studio now.
