I have one, two part question for anyone to answer...If the Jet99 deal in fact is complete and EZTOe owns the assets by virtue of a payment of stock consideration where is the 8K filing and how does the auditor tie in that transaction for his review. The auditor requires a copy of the agreement, minutes of the board meeting, board resolution, instructions to transfer to the TA and must be able to view an Edgarized filing of the 8K with the SEC.
