Boy sure would like to see details on the RFP win and Lockwood Court case.

The more details about cyber protection that is released tells me this might be a mid-2014/ early 2015 play vs any really significant moves in 2013. Not to say I can't be surprised with great news this year.

Depending on conviction to the company, might be able to accumulate until then. I will have to think about my approach, but I do know I do not plan on selling anything that I have until 0.40/0.50 for free shares.
