But this time, with the new KCSA firm and official filings, we can have sustainable upside...a re-rating as the share price, assuming all filings and deals are kosher as expected, is way undervalued relative to the size and revenues of this company.

Look at my .90~1.80 target...$1 this summer, partly due to the low float.
