The whole sector is pretty much a mess right now. If you want to be in this sector, you have to be willing and able to wait for Federal Legislation, otherwise don't waste your time. No matter which ticker in this sector you choose, anyone can pick it apart for any number of reasons you have to pick the ones you are most comfortable risking your cash in, and for me this is one of them.
