...that's my math.....................HYPO-F/ing-THETICAL, of course..................BS might not like this but a conditional proposal like this presented to the BK CT...........even if we do not agree..........................COULD FLY.............

...QUESTION: could we and BS be forced to accept a settlement...........??????..........pretty weird.........I doubt this would work if WE/BS did not agree...............simply other CLAIMANTS leverage........CLAIMANTS could agree and the BK CT forces this upon us........legal chicanery but these FDIC beagles are very good...............too weird, although the $2 p/s is not a bad deal...............................
