...what's the status of the lawsuit.....??????.........APPEAL filed, APPELLEE response due 6/17........only relevant FACTS.....

...still wondering why FCNCA is trying to hide certain specialized information that the internal IT company gathers.......??????........even if the "loss share" summary showed a GAIN of $300MM on UWBKQ recoveries, for example.........we might get it anyway but that could be held out of the APPEAL......................could also be a board-approved issuance of preferred stock to settle the UWBKQ "thing"................the SEC reviewed the secret data which is quite interesting since the "information" would somehow impact whatever publicly-traded stocks are involved...................we'll see.....
