Sure...they're finding treasure...and then the officers are selling it to pay for their personal expenses. Nothing will go to shareholders. That's the reason why there are no financial statements; it's so nobody can see where the money is going.

Maybe DPBE has found treasure. But it won't matter because shareholders won't see any of that money!
