Obtaining an audit for a small or midsize private company might cost between $7,000 and $50,000, depending on the audit firm, geographic location and complexity of the subject business.

Lets split the difference and call it $28.5k for MDMN. Seems like a reasonable expense for some legitimacy.

The SEC seems to have very reasonable filing fees

MDMN just came into $100k from the Ciclon sale. How about using some of that to file paperwork with the SEC? What else are they planning on doing with it?
