I disagree. If the EIS was shot down. That would make sense to me why Hollister wents so cheap. From every thing you read. That mine was supposed to have some rich deposits. It also makes sense why Ron kind of went off on the environmental group as you posted earlier. So for my way of thinking. It was the mill that allowed them to get the amount they did. Who wants a mine with a short life span and land that the environmental group is going to make it more expensive to mine. Look at the coal fired powered plants and what the EPA is doing to them. I work in this industry and all I hear is that this plant or that plant is shutting down. Due to the cost in order to stay compliant. I don't agree with every thing Finny is saying, but he is correct in the fact that it cost more to mine. Companies are taken short cuts which explains the article link today about one of the worlds largest gold and copper mine being closed and under investigation. If the Burnstone mine has the deposits like they say it does. This will be where the JV comes into play in my opinion. The industry cannot afford small and mid tier mining organizations to throw up their hands and say the hell with it. Which. Correlates to a few articles that I have read. Stating that due to the failing mining industry. Private investment capital are preparing to help boost the industry. That is why I think the JV will be with the Burnstone mine. A mine with a 26 year life span. I would also bet. That the reason it is taking so long to get any details is because the lawyers of all the different groups may still be hashing out the details. I still think we may make a little money on this before it is all said and done with.
