Ahhh...thats the ultimate question Hockeypond. And the answer is.....He really likes this play but is hoping he can talk the pps down a little more to get a better position.

As you said...he has 50+ other stocks on his plate...so why show so much interest in VDSC? Because he knows a good thing when he sees it but doesnt want others jumping on board yet to increase the pps until he is in.

He's slick, but not slick enough. VDSC is getting ready for the merger and the current pps is very low in comparision to where it is going to be soon.
