Because there is a whole article about it. You can find it way back in the posts on here. JRRD was a leftover from a bankruptcy. One of 5 or 6 companies made or created from their old scam.

Just like you can see in their past PRs.Its all BS! There are many of them still left over. Like I said, if you are making money from them or plan to keep it going. Better get what you can now. The SEC is shutting them down ASAP.
