JB, here's an IR thought: How about a PR announcing OTTO's plan to file the 10Q by 12/22/05, thus removing the E! I've seen some OTC companies PR this during the grace period, rather than leave investors hanging until the end!

Can you get the Powers-that-be to put out a brief PR on this? How about tomorrow? Just a thought!
