It is actually Sat. Night here on the West Coast. But, your post is spot on about DD. Both the positive and negative need to be reviewed. This board has been and swung mightily to everything positive and there are potential extreme positives with VDSC, but all the positives aren't necessarily coming to fruition, the merger I hope is, but the spin-off has been touted as coming soon. Other deals in the "works" coming, uplisting coming, ad nauseam from lots of posters. Nobody knows, unless you have a personal line to Peter as some posters claim to. Everything is up to interpretation right now, whether it be positive or negative. One should protect there investment based off of their beliefs.

Seamm, I don't think your post are that bad. Can't tell whether you are actually invested in this stock, but you are not purposely bashing it, but bring up alot of questions. Your posts sometimes get way beyond my understanding of the details that go with running a company, but for the most part, I understand your questions about some things with VDSC.
