I would hardly call that bashing, Carmac is just pointing out the "news" is elusive these days. The merger news was supposed to be last week according to OCM. Now he says we got "news", a update on 2009 and 2010 financials. The news next week might be an update on 2011/2012 financials. Maybe they are getting the books in order. But, their PR over a month ago stated the merger would be complete in days or so. Don't even mention that in a PR if you can't fulfill it.
