Why MINE will 'RISE' with LEVEL 5:

...I really like this new Level 5 brand, as both literally and figuratively, all the ingredients are coming together here with MINE, right here right now.

We have working on Level 5 maybe the hottest beverage-branding 'king-maker' in the soft drink market today, Power Brands and CEO Darin Ezra. Not only has he and his team made us a fantastic looking Level 5 brand and bottle -- but even Darin is tweeting bullish things coming our way. Darin is 'in the zone' right now...how fortunate for us cheap shareholders of MINE stock - ! Its like Jordan in his prime saying that yeah, that rookie Shaq is gonna be a great one, lol. And because Darin has in fact had great success in this very market MINE is going into, like Jordan in his prime, I for one believe him when he says something like this:

. @stockguy77 very soon there are some big surprises coming from this company.
9:01am - 8 Jun 13

@stockguy77 some of the surprises are in other categories, trust me people will be surprised!
1:43pm - 8 Jun 13

@stockguy77 its all top secret for now, lots of planning in the works, gotta do it right or dont do it at all.
1:44pm - 8 Jun 13

(BTW: please guys lets not flood Darin's Twitter account or anyone who is working on Level 5!! Of course I like the above....but we have seen it before. It can turn out to be an annoyance...less is more...a little good info over here.....week later some more good tweets over there...and we dont cry when there is a silent period):

In regards to possible epic penny runners,, how they start and whats the foundation of a possible epic run: to me, it doesn't get much clearer then MINE right now @ a .002's pps.

Here's why I think MINE will RISE....and see no reasons unless insane dilution or manipulation happens, that we should not at least do what BBD* did last year and .02.

1) Share Structure has many, many less shares in its AS, OS and Float when compared to the last huge soft drink runner: BB*A. Even if you add say 200 million to MINE's listed OS and Float below, with the suspected dilution of late and probable convertibles, the AS, OS and Float would still be around 1.2 billion less then BBD*'s at the time of its run.. So I look at both this dumping and manipulation to keep price low as an opportunity to buy on the cheap:

MINE Security Details
Share Structure
Market Value1 $942,498 a/o Jun 07, 2013
Shares Outstanding 448,808,715 a/o Mar 25, 2013
Float 223,185,235 a/o Feb 14, 2013
Authorized Shares 1,175,000,000 a/o Feb 16, 2012

2) MINE is an OTC QB stock....thats also been "Verified" by OTC markets - see that Green Flag on the company's OTC page?:

What is a company verified profile?

"The information in a company verified profile has been updated or confirmed by a representative of the OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink company within the past six months. A "company verified" flag on the company's quote page indicates to investors that the information is current. Company representatives can learn how to verify their company's profile here."

3) Power Brands CEO Darin Ezra is on a major roll right now in the beverage industry. Most recent examples of this are the Neuro drinks, Evolution Fresh and SK Energy shots which are all rapidly growing RIGHT NOW. This fact alone puts any new product from his company these days - on serious radars from both Industry experts to both national grocery and convenient stores. (Evolution Fresh was branded so nicely, that its no longer just a bottled juice, but its opening its own stand alone juice stores, like one I went to @ The U Village shopping complex by UW in Seattle, and SK Energy Shot is already #2 behind 5 Hour Energy!).

4) As just mentioned, but I will mention it again because of its directly relevant significance thus well-deserving its own highlight. Power Brands developed SK Energy Shot last year...it was only released last summer, but is already the #2 energy shot drink(!). . To say that is a great success, or that precedent has now clearly been set for our Level 5, is now an understatement. Power Brands has proven to the beverage world they know how to brand in this market, better then anyone else who has tried to catch up to 5 Hour Energy(!).

Here is IHub Poster 'Walker's' excellent DD on all this:

5) To me, the Level 5 branding, bottles and label dont look great -- but no joke they look fantastic; superior to any other 5 Hour Energy-like drink out there. I like the sort of side-silhouette lighting, like the flavor call-out top right of the caps....and I like that cool cursive lettering in front, gliding across: "elevate yourself". Please see stervc's excellent DD and pic's for yourself:

Also, there are 4 new unique SKU's offered as we are not starting with just one or two SKU's that can get lost on a counter shelf. And Level 5 is 2.5 ounces - 25% larger then 5 Hour Energy (..this will really help their RISE coffee sales I think). Furthermore, each flavor has its own cool stand alone identity. Do I think the 5 grams of protein in the 'Flex' is a great idea? Yes..... Do I think the 'Curves' women branded concept is a great idea? Yes. Do I think the 'Armor' citrus greet tea is a great flavor combination? Yes. Do I think that their 'Rise' coffee shot is an excellent idea, and being the only coffee mini-shot on the market -- do I think it will sell? Yes. Very, very much so. Do I think the labels really pop out at you, in attractive and alluring fashion? Yes. Very, very much so.

Do I think if I was at a Friday sales meeting (like I was for almost 15 years), whether at 7up of Detroit, Snapple, Pointe Dairy...or Alaska Distributors in Seattle....and these Level 5 bottles were shown and passed around to us dozens of sales staff, District Managers, Regional Manager, Sales Managers etc....do I think we would be like: " this is a crappy package - aint gonna sell", or "this is a cool bottle! Its gonna sell!"...?

...its gonna sell folks. I've sold enough new successful brand launches as well as been forced to sell enough crappy new packages and bottles to know a winner when I see one. Folks we clearly have a winner in the looks and branding - just got to get it out there now. ....and that is next.

Also, the bottles look so good, the mini-energy drink bottle category so hot, and the fact that there isnt an established #3 in this market behind 5 Hour Energy and SK.....that Level 5 branded so well could break into top 5 ... I mean, to me Level 5 looks much better then the SK Energy Shot bottle......much better and more varied, and both were developed by Power Brands - so why not top 5? Take a look at a SK Energy bottle -- you tell me what you think, and compare the pictures of both. I think SK Energy is like a Cadillac -- but the Level 5 looks like a Lamborghini:

6) Whales or groups or whoever is putting up huge ask walls. There were plus 20 million ask walls in the .003's with BBD* last summer on its way to .02. Same thing seemingly happening here in the .002's. I think big money knows where this all could go. Usually huge ask walls do what? Tank the pps or create small volume as no one is really buying; too scared. Not the case here....volume still high: I think most of us think this is being artificially done for these people to gather shares and shake out weak.

Anyone newer, these huge ask walls could be a, believe it or not, good sign, lol, as ridiculous as that sounds. Welcome to the penny world.

7) These little energy drinks are not cheap, starting around $2. Profit margins are high too, nearing sometimes 50%. And its a billion dollar plus market...and growing.

8) ...this is one of the easiest products to merchandise and sell. Because of their growing popularity, tiny size and retail footprint, and that these little bottles dont have to be kept cold in a cooler and can be displayed anywhere room temperature, they are (as you see when out shopping), displayed in some of the best spots in the entire store: impulse buys near or on counter space, next to the line your waiting in, or on top of say some small Coke cooler. They dont take up much room and are a great income generator compared-to-space for any Retailer.....if not, you would not see them everywhere taking up all that premium impulse space. Also these little bottles can be sold from a Staples to a gas station to a Golf Clubhouse to a Walmart -- to a you name it.

9) 'You can't sell a Salesman' is an old Chinese Proverb lol: but I think the moment Level 5 is revealed to Distributors (btw - each Distributor around the country and in city's has a couple huge brands like say Budweiser, Coke, 7up etc -- but then also carry hundreds of other SKU's) -- across the nation, the brand 'gate-keepers' at each Distributor, who authorizes picking up new brands would like this Level 5 brand and potential (usually the Vice President of Sales or the Sales Manager are the brand 'gate-keeprs', with District Manager's then Sales and Merchandiser and Drivers and Warehouse below them...) Then, if Level 5 was shown to the salespeople in those meeting rooms - I think they will be sold once they see the bottles. ...and I am not even talking about any grocery or convenient store chain seeing the brand and simply ordering pallets themselves...

From the moment I saw these bottles I liked them...and still do. Compared to the competition in my experience and dealings in bev. sales, they are superior.

SO in closing: Power Brands did another great job with branding a new product: Level 5 has 4 unique formulas, one of which 'RISE' a coffee shot which has not been done yet (huge) -- and each could stand apart on its own identity. So whats kinda crazy to me now, is that Power Brands and Darin Ezra could have come out with any new brand for any other company in the world this Summer, 2013 ----- and with all his recent blockbuster success, the bev. world would have taken notice. He, right now folks, is like a hitter on a 30 game hit streak: the baseball world is watching...

.....and somehow the penny stars have aligned that we here @ MINE are the next one up for his company to shine. If it was a crappy-little package and bottle, I would not be so excited. But its not a crappy little bottle. I know as over the years I sold many new brands and products and SKU's ... and had a pretty good idea and eye for what would sell and what wouldnt.

Level 5 should do very well, not just well, in my professional pop salesman opinion. (Its the job that yes I do call myself an 'expert', as I know it front and back, and have sold to thousands of different stores of all sizes in Detroit area and Seattle area.....everything else: I am not an 'expert' on, lol).

And this stock trades at less then a quarter of a penny.......unreal, as is the opportunity for a huge run this summer!

Good luck to us all! Only invest what you can completely afford to lose, and may MINE RISE to the Top! --- GO MINE!
