Will the stock be halted for the RS?
That happened to me recently and it was pretty awful. They could have a plan though. Start the RS ..halt the stock so no trading can happen.. Release the 2012 financials which will be awful. Release new of new chain outlets and hope the good news outweigh the bad. before the stock can trade again and everyone has fewer shares. If there is a RS, that is. Of course this is speculation on my part. Monday will either be halted or bad in my opinion.
