Hilarious Google ! Shell Scam is where this one came from. Bankruptcy in 2006 created several shells for shirra. He used this one. Gave another away to the firend who cretaed the company that JRRD supposedily buys and sells products from. Yet financials show no employees and no revenue.

Everything is my opinion based on what I read. Shirra did this in the past. The Shell game is almost over. SEC closed down 81 of them last week and are working on closing down all these scams.
