The truth is DLR owns 30% of BBDA. If BBDA owned any portion of DLR it would be disclosed on the financials along where Kudzu and the holdings LLC are..

Olaf has said many times in the past that BBDA owns 30% of DLR, not the reverse. Perhaps, I shouldn't have been so quick to believe that, but now I'm interested in which is true. Do you have a document you could cite and a quote from it that would clarify this?
