Yes... You can't make profit from selling MMJ but you can charge a fee for being an individuals care giver. That is how they make money. I am sure you know this.
Fact is MMJ is a billion dollar business and you can't disbute that fact. People are making money at this despite the federal law. I am sure you know this as well.
