The decision has already been made, IMHO, by president Menezes. If you believe Nigeria would even remotely consider cancelling, you might better read the message this post is replying to.
Oh...yeah, this line AGAIN got my attention:
"Nigeria and São Tome were due to sign five oil exploration contracts with foreign investors this week,..."
