But fact of the matter is, we did have news last week; not the news everyone was expecting but it was news.

1) update of S/S
2) corrected 2009 and 2010 Q reports.

Why would the company go thru this trouble if there was no big news sitting around the corner.

3) not to mention the Bloomberg finding of the merger complete.

Just be patient ppl. The news will come out. Just not on your time!! It it's Peter's time. He runs the company; not you!!
