1. The total Authorized Capital stock this corporation shall have the authority to issue was one
billion (1,500,000,000) shares of a par value of $0.001 each, which shares shall be, designated
“Common Stock”, and one hundred sixty eight million one hundred (168,000,100) shares of
preferred stock, of a par value of $.001 to be issued in one or more series, with such
designations, voting powers, if any, preferences and relative, participating, optional or other
special rights, and such qualifications, limitations and restrictions, as are authorized by the
board of directors, or by vote of the shareholders.
Following the latest events regarding the fund raising capital for the company, the Board of
Directors of Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. after a unanimous vote agrees and decides to
increase the Authorized Capital Stock of the corporation and authorizes the increase of the
issuance of shares from One Billion Five Hundred (1,500,000,000) Common Shares to Two Billion
(2,000,000,000) Common Shares at a par value of $0.001 each share, that is designated as
"Common Stock". All other shares remain unchanged as previously designated.
