with respect to any deal with any bp, the shareholders do not know what is the "best deal". and with an incestuous bod that has provided zero value and has overpaid themselves very well, why would they want to give up the gravy train? the best deal for shareholders very well might be a buyout... that's why an 8 person independent bod with actual experience is needed. my bet is david p is clueless as to what is going on in the biotech space. same with cj and es.
