...a UWBKQ-conversion-to-FCNCA settlement would not surprise me in the least...........this was rumored before both sides wanted to get past amy - win or lose - before reaching a conversion agreement pre-APPEAL............the FDIC gets out of this mess without using the insurance fund.....................the OCC inherited this monster so they should not have to pay.................and frankie has the "resources" to settle this and stay out of the pen.......................and keep Honey BoBo out as well.........................

...it was the Honey BoBo/Venable/FCNCA conspiracy from the beginning - - - - in my opinion (right Larry....????).......and frankie (the frankies although jr. controls the board and probably teamed up with the EVIL POO BEAR to SEIZE our bank)..........fun stuff.........................
