If they are prepared to bring the reverse split to a vote at the next annual meeting, they have the votes already to do whatever it is they want to do. The shareholders posting here will not have any impact.

To those who questioned the ability of some of us to read filings, I remind you that this is the third mention of a reverse in filings in the past two months. They have devoted lots of ink to this for it to be just "boilerplate" and they have reversed this stock before so they know exactly how to get it done.
