IMHO: When

1. Phase 1 Kevetrin trial at DF is complete and there is sign of safety and potential efficacy.

2.Leo has created an independent Board of Directors and gives the Baker's a "seat"

3. After Leo has uplisted CTIX to a "real exchange"

#2 will happen to coincide with #3. Leo has some work ahead of him. There are certainly several other notable bio hedge funds RA Capital, Renaissance, Tang and others, but Baker Bros would excite me the most.
