Why are we talking about a guy who posts comments and says that President Obama and Patent Reform are going to screw up all these cases when that clearly has been shown to be false. I am beginning to think that no one really knows anything about anything and we just have to wait to see how this plays out. People have talked this from $1-1.25 all the way down to .48 pre-Markman now. Watch, we'll probably see .65 next week for some unknown reason! That would be funny!
