My suspicion, pure speculation, is that JB may be looking for a way to sidestep financial liability, like trying to flip a house before you need to make a payment. If he can secure a lease and a franchisee at the same time, whatever money goes into the prototype he can get back almost instantly... Also still have C'ui details and the Big Chow Grill LOI floating out there as well. Plenty of good things to come.
