You mention that Penser bank may reevaluate the FN listing. Meaning they may possibly quit as the CA or reject endorsing the listing? Also, did you get the impression that a HongKong (or other) bond offering is imminent or just being worked on? Did they mention the result of the HongKong SIAF rating or when it can be expected? I thought they said End of May? Thanks.
