I don't have time to go, what with my 250 shares I'd have no input.

I notice most of it concerns stock compensation for employees, though. I'd like that to be, well, reigned in. Apparently they shovel stocks at employees and I don't care how good the stock price is, it's dilution. I'd prefer a dividend too, no mention of that, but I don't care too much.

"Our stockholders are being asked to approve an amendment to our restated certificate of incorporation to increase the total number of shares of common stock that we are authorized to issue from 100,000,000 shares to 250,000,000 shares." Is what shows me I need concern in the SS area. Maybe a small concern, but still one. 150 million more shares is not a joke.

Just glad to see this chugging to 50$ in silence, sorry for not being on the GPOR board before. Dead as it is I'll come in on occassion. :]
