ONSP .041 x .06 - Market Cap play, very interesting

Backed up the truck and filled up on ONSP this week, at multiyear lows on what I hope is tax selling. No history of dilution and a ridiculous Market cap of < $70,000 at the ask with the stated OS of 1.1 Million shares.

Details:

0.041 x .06
Only 1.1M shares outstanding
$67K Market Cap at Ask.
Float of around 600,00K shares
Essentially a shell, no real operations

Have no clue whats up behind the scenes, but if this is just a seller trying to get out for taxes, this is way too low with no dilution.
