UPDATE!!
For those of you who missed me post earlier, here it is. I got tired of dealing with everyone and wanted to find out answers for myself. I hope this helps someone like me who was just getting pissed over the secret communication. This is all I got. One email back. I emailed him and he replied within 45 min.

My focus is the S-1 and the spin-out of Redtde and have very little contact with Peter and what he is doing with the Shipping side of the business. When I talked with him on Monday , He made the statement that he was trying to get out a press release this week concerning operations. That was the extent of his comments. I hope you understand for SEC disclosure guidelines that's about all I can say.As for the S-1 we will file next week what we hope will be the final comments response
