Have you pulled up the previous five or more 10-K filings for parent FU to examine carefully FU's past dilution? Simple exercise for examination of dilution history, right on the front page of every K will list the O/S at end of year, each year.

Not only about the numbers, just as critical is who is in control of STOCK DISTRIBUTION and what is their past?
