The hold up in any NBRI's PPS advancement seems then based upon 'technical signals" and not upon rational "fundamentals changes".
NBRI's PPS could therefore be stuck in this irrational place for a long time while every technical investor applies his own interpretation of these "signals" , and all for huge one or two "Penny Swing" ! As you can see, I'm not a big believer in technical trading for penny stocks, except for manipulation by aggressive traders. These "computer generated trades" with millions of shares trades per second executed seems best suited for technical trading.

If it works for you, then continue to use it. But it will take a "Valid Super PR by NBRI" announcing a 2000 ton find gold to break this chain of penny trades. JMHO
