Theory....
Remember the 50 million bid @ .0005? That got filled then we moved up to .0032.
Now we see the opposite and the ask is beginning to get stacked. Since now we are on an uptrend maybe the MM's are making sure their clients get the available shares they want at the ask just like they did on the bid last time.
