I sent an email to the author of this article trying to find out if there was any information available in the LOI for Simba and ERHC. I received a prompt response with an article from May 13 naming AJAX petroleum as Simba's partner. Then I got another e-mail with another article from May 6th that stated as we all know that Dan Keeny would not respond to questions about who the partner would be. IMO the article from today gave overtones that our LOI negotiations are going as planned. I don't believe a Bloomberg reporter or editor would put something out if they did not think it would happen. I feel they would have contacted Dan again before releasing this article today. I could be wrong
