...settlement = SCALED DOWN HYPOTHETICAL HARVEY........??????.........whatever the F/ that means...............some would SPECULATE a 2 dollar per share +/- for us, a package for BS and claimants near full payout........all other related matters ERASED...............completely.........

...I am adamantly opposed to this, so believe what you wish...

...some CONTEND that a proposal is in or soon to be submitted to the BK CT wherein, evidently (hi Larry) all conditional UWBKQ vs. OCC settlements must ORIGINATE...................I also question this..........

...free decaf and O'Doul's for all the nice folks hereon.........PE's are on you...................
