With such a wonderful and imaginative scenario unfolding, it is amazing that the market is so dumb that it doesn't have the slightest clue that all of this good news is about to come spewing forth about Toxic Charlie's brilliant plan!!

This pig of a stock is sitting at .0006, and the smart money is clueless - totally unwilling to pay up for this stock even though it's worth a zillion times its current price.
