Quick post about the Firestone lawsuit.

Dont really know how to word it, but it seems that most of the lawsuit is about Firestone getting paid for work they have not done yet. So wouldnt it be correct in saying that 1 of the worse case scenarios is Frank having to use Firestone to do those 4 shows they have contracts signed for? I mean how bad were they really Frank, just allow them to produce those 4 shows and thats a major portion of the lawsuit.

Anybody else think that this could all be done away with if Frank would just allow Firestone to produce the shows
