Would it be reasonable to speculate (based on the early data) that the best in class designation (if there is one) in ALK might end up being based on duration of response?

People spend a lot of time comparing 113 to LDK378. The Chugai compound appears well tolerated and very effective in treatment naive patients. How does it compare safety wise to 113?
